Q: Is my cooperative's data used to train AI models?

No. Each account's data is isolated and is never shared with third parties or used to train models. Autoventio uses third-party APIs in enterprise mode, where data is neither retained nor used for training.

Q: What documents can it process?

PDF (with and without OCR), DOCX and ODT. The system uses advanced processing to extract text even from low-quality scanned PDFs, which are common in government publications.

Q: How often is the grant call database updated?

The primary source is the BDNS (Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones), which syncs daily. We also supplement it with a combination of other sources to broaden coverage. If a specific grant call does not appear in the system, you can enter it manually with the PDFs and metadata.

Q: How does the automated company dossier work?

When you create your account, Autoventio automatically compiles a dossier from the company's tax ID and website: registry data, business sector and other relevant information. You can also add information manually in the account settings.

Q: Does it work with grant calls in Catalan, Galician or Basque?

Yes. Both the semantic search and AI queries work in Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Basque, Aranese and English. Regulatory documents are indexed and can be queried in their original language.

Q: Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. No lock-in, no penalties. The free account does not require a credit card and you can start using it immediately.

Q: Does Autoventio distinguish between cooperative-specific and general grant calls?

The semantic search locates grant calls by their actual content, including those that specifically mention cooperatives, social economy, worker-owned companies or member onboarding. It also finds general grant calls that your cooperative may be eligible for.
